Mountain Man – “Rang Tang Ring Toon” (Out today on Nonesuch Records, is Magic Ship, the first album in eight years from the folk-pop trio made up of Amelia Meath of Sylvan Esso and Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, and Molly Sarlé.  Led by the cozy campfire fun of the single heard here, the trio creates sparse, organic folk music using only their beautifully braided vocal harmonies and sometimes a simple acoustic guitar.  The album features fourteen tracks, composed of eleven timeless-sounding originals and three covers, one of which is a wonderful reimagining of the traditional Gospel hymn, "Bright Morning Stars".) http://www.nonesuch.com/artists/mountain-man
